— -- One of the highlights of attending the 2015 New York Auto Show is checking out all the concept cars on display. Concept cars are prototypes, usually shown at auto shows to gauge customer reaction to the design, which are sometimes completely radical and wacky.

Concepts are like designer dreams come to life, featuring outside features and next-gen engines, but often with no real price tag, or release date, if they're ever sold. The concept cars at this year's New York Auto Show, from Friday to April 12, include the Lincoln Continental, displayed in a setting that looked like something cut straight out of “Mad Men,” the Honda Civic Concept and the Aston Martin Vulcan.
