Angelina Jolie Makes First Post-Surgery Appearance

She attended the Kids' Choice Awards with two of her children.

The actress brought her daughters Shiloh and Zahara to the awards show, hugging them both when she won the "orange blimp" for Best Villain for her role in the Disney movie "Maleficent."

Jolie underwent the preventative surgery just two years after having a preventative double mastectomy.

Jolie looked healthy and poised at the awards show, saying in her acceptance speech it was good to be different.

"Don't fit in, don't sit still, don't ever try to be less than what you are and when someone tells you that you are different, smile and hold your head up high and be proud," she said.

She ended her speech by paying homage to her evil role.

"As your villain," Jolie said, "I would say, 'Cause a little trouble. It is good for you.'"
