'The Bachelorette' Recap: Andi Selects the Final Four in Belgium

Find out who will take Andi home to meet their families.

July 1, 2014 -- With the hometown visits looming, "The Bachelorette" Andi Dorfman ended her Euro trip with a stop in Belgium Monday night. Four of her six remaining suitors advanced by the end of the episode: Chris, Josh M., Marcus and Nick V.

Brian and Dylan were eliminated.

Only Nick V. was safe before the rose ceremony. He received a rose on the group date. Roses were not available to the two men who had one-on-one dates with Andi in Belgium: Marcus and Josh.

Andi and Marcus walked around Brussels on their outing, dining at the Palais de Academies. He revealed his dysfunctional past with his mother. Andi, 27, appreciated his honesty, and the former assistant district attorney told the cameras she's excited to meet his family.

Andi invited Josh to her other one-on-one date, even though she began to have her doubts about him in Italy. You'll recall that he was upset that he had to submit to a lie-detector test during a group date.

The two traveled to Ghent, lighting candles at St. Baafs Cathedral and experiencing the Castle of the Counts. She wanted him to be more open with her and he eventually was, suggesting he's falling in love with her and he wants to marry her. They later took in a performance by the country duo American Young.

Andi did have an unofficial third one-on-one date, with the slick Nick. He surprised Andi at the entrance of her hotel room, and though she knew she was breaking the “The Bachelorette” rules, she sneaked out with him and locked lips in public.

Nick's strategy seemed to pay off later on, when he earned the rose on the group date. The date began with the group’s peddling a rail bike to a monastery, where they were banned from kissing. Still, Chris managed to steal a smooch from Andi in a nearby pottery room, in a moment that was somewhat reminiscent of Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore's famous pottery wheel scene in the movie “Ghost.”

Once Nick received the rose, he continued the date with Andi while the other guys were dispatched to their hotel. Needless to say, his competitors were not happy about it. Upon Nick's return, they accused him of caring more about winning a game, i.e. “The Bachelorette” competition, than winning over Andi.

He defended himself to the men, then explained to the cameras that he's confident he'll end up with Andi in the end.

Next Monday night on ABC, Andi will visit the hometowns of the final four contestants. In addition, we'll see host Chris Harrison break the news that eliminated bachelor Eric Hill had died in a paragliding accident.
