"Both mom and baby are doing great and we are so, so happy to welcome little Fordy to the world!" Rosenbaum told the magazine. "Cutest little baby on the planet!"
The couple, who met on the ABC dating series and married in 2012, announced this past March that they were expecting a child.
The following month, they revealed the baby's gender, and the couple, who recently moved to Miami, busied themselves setting up a nursery for their son.
Rosenbaum, 37, told ABC News last month that they were also stockpiling organic clothing and cloth diapers, and he was doting on his wife, who didn't have many cravings.
However, "she's been on a bubble tea kick recently so we've been running out together," he said at the time. "But there hasn't been an 11 p.m., 'I want ice cream; go get it' request. The fact that she doesn't makes me happier to do even more when she does ask."
