From the announcement of Natalie Cole's passing at the start of the year to the deaths of Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds at the end, 2016 has felt like one long goodbye to some of our greatest entertainers.

Some deaths were expected. Others caught us by complete surprise. All will be missed.
