— -- Bethenny Frankel said she won't confirm or deny that she's dating Eric Stonestreet -- or anybody, for that matter -- but the two are undeniably close.
In fact, according to the "Real Housewives" star, they're having a slumber party.
"We are sleeping together tonight," she said on last night's episode of "Watch What Happens Live." "He's at my apartment right now!"
Last month, a report stated that the reality TV star, 44, was dating the "Modern Family" actor, 43. At the time, both of them made jokes about it on Twitter.
"Eric Stonestreet and I are friends. He's an awesome guy," she said last night. "He's a great actor."
