Bindi Irwin Shares Heartbreaking 'Last Family Photo' With Father Steve

— -- There's no doubt that Steve Irwin would be proud of how his daughter has consistently honored him during her run on "Dancing With the Stars" this season.
Irwin, 17, and her partner Derek Hough performed to Leona Lewis’ “Footprints in the Sand” last night and the song ended with a picture of her and her father, who passed in 2006.
The photo was actually a surprise to Irwin and was orchestrated by Hough. There wasn't a dry eye in the ballroom and Irwin hugged Hough after the image popped up on the screen.
Irwin and Hough led the way in part 1 of the "DWTS" finale, scoring perfect marks for their two rounds of dance.
Around the same time, Irwin, herself, took to Twitter to post a throwback photo of the family.
"The last photo as a family, before I had to wave goodbye to my hero, for the last time. Dad, I love you," she wrote.
Irwin died almost a decade ago when a stingray struck him while he was snorkeling. He was 44.
