Brad Paisley Performs Live Alongside Demi Lovato in Central Park
The country music and pop vocalist sang the duet “Without a Fight" on "GMA."
-- Country music star Brad Paisley took a break from his ‘Life Amplified World Tour’ to rock "GMA's" Summer Concert Series in Central Park this morning.
Paisley performed his songs “River Bank," "Crushin' It" and "Then," along with “Without a Fight" -- a duet with Demi Lovato.
"Well, the song, actually I thought would be a duet, but I didn't know who it would be," Paisley said. "After meeting this next performer [Lovato] who's going to perform with me, I just thought, 'It's got to be her.'"
This was the second concert series collaboration for Paisley and Lovato, who last week performed "Stone Cold" live in Central Park.
"It's always been in my blood," Lovato said on her love for country music. "I'm from Dallas."
Recently, Paisley received the CMA Chairman award with Carrie Underwood -- an honor for which he received congratulations this morning.
"We have had a great time hosting the show...it's really been a blast being in a partnership with her," Paisley said of Underwood.
