Bradley Cooper Reveals His Mom Was Consultant on 'Joy'

The 40-year-old actor revealed that his mother is a "huge disciple" of QVC.

In an interview with E! News, Cooper revealed that his mother, Gloria, had a role because she knows so much about the home shopping network QVC, which made the Miracle Mop a household name.

"[My mom] actually was a consultant for David on the movie when he was conceiving it because she's a huge disciple of QVC," Cooper said.

Cooper, 40, also admitted that he has been a longtime Miracle Mop user.

"There were QVC packages on the door step every time I came home from school," the actor said. "The Miracle Mop I actually took to college. It was very embarrassing."

"Joy" will be released in theaters on Dec. 25, 2015.
