The star opened up about the aftermath of Cibrian's affair on "Famously Single."

"I go to the store, get the magazine, panic attack, crying. It's on every cover of every magazine. It's there. It's real," the former model recalls in Tuesday's teaser. "I laid on my closet floor and just sobbed."

Glanville ultimately pulled herself together for her two boys.

"You buck on, so I did," she says, wiping away tears. "I had a couple years of depression. I started drinking too much. I had to up my antidepressants. I cried all day, every day, and I lost weight. But I had to take care of two kids. It wasn't about me anymore. I knew what had to be done."
