Britney Spears a Stinky Boss, Says Bodyguard Fernando Flores
Former bodyguard claims she stank, passed gas, cursed and sexually harassed him.
July 22, 2011 -- Britney Spears's former bodyguard accuses the "Toxic" singer of being a toxic boss, saying she rarely bathed, reeked of cigarettes, passed gas, picked her nose and cursed constantly.
Newly released documents obtained by Radar from bodyguard Fernando Flores' 2010 sexual harassment lawsuit against his former boss Spears paint an unflattering picture of the singer.
Flores, an ex-cop who worked for Spears for a few months starting last February, accuses the pop star of being "unkempt." "She did not bathe for days on end, did not use deodorant, did not brush her teeth, did not fix her hair, did not wear shoes or socks," Flores claims in an amended complaint.
He lists the singer's "obnoxious personal habits" as "chain smoking cigarettes." She "broke wind and picked her nose unselfconsciously and unapologetically" and talked loudly and profanely.
Spears is also accused of being "mentally unstable" and using illegal prescription and nonprescription drugs, including methamphetamines. Flores describes her divalike behavior, such as Spears requiring her staff to address her as "Queen Bee."
Calls to Flores' and Spears' attorneys were not returned but sources "directly connected with Britney" told TMZ, the singer had a simple response to Fernando Flores' allegations: "He's a liar."
The singer's rep previously dismissed the lawsuit as "another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself."
In a statement on the singer's website, her rep wrote: "Ms. Spears and her attorneys have every expectation that this matter will be dismissed by the courts."
In their motion to strike the amended portion of Flores' complaint, Spears' attorney accused the bodyguard of "trying to cash in on Ms. Spears' celebrity by making salacious claims of misconduct." They say Flores "continues to embellish on his tale of lewd and sensational allegations, which he has already sold to the tabloids."
Flores is suing Spears's conservators, her father, Jamie Spears, and her lawyer, Andrew Wallet, for an unspecified amount for "psychological damage, anxiety, depression and insomnia" Flores suffered because of "repeated unwanted sexual advances" by Spears.
In the original complaint filed last September and obtained by TMZ, Flores, who was often assigned to Spears' home, claims the singer repeatedly and intentionally exposed herself in front of him. On one occasion, he alleges, Spears, wearing a white lace see-through dress, dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to get it and "thereby exposed her uncovered genitals." Flores claims he felt "shock and disgust."
On another occasion, Flores says he entered Spears bedroom and found her "completely nude." After an awkward silence in which Spears stood naked in front of Flores, he asked her if she needed anything and she replied two bottles of 7 Up, the lawsuit reads.
Flores alleges that the pop star engaged in several sexual acts, including intercourse, in front of him. Moreover, he claims that Spears was "loudly having sexual intercourse" while her two young sons, Jayden and Sean, were in the same hotel suite.
Regarding the incidents in Spears' home, her attorney rebuffed Flores' accusations, stating in documents that these were "incidents of a person purportedly doing what people commonly do in the privacy of their own home."
The court documents also claim Spears engaged in explosive fights with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, and brought Flores into the argument as well.
On several occassions, with her children present, [Flores] witnessed Defendant Spears having violent quarrels with her boyfriend, during which Defendant Spears would yell 'F**k you!' 'Get the f**k outta my house etc. at [Flores.]"
