The couple welcomed their first child, a baby boy, on Sept. 30, a source confirmed to ABC News.
No other details, including the baby's name, were made available.
Decker, 28, and Roddick, 33, have been married since 2009.
Earlier this year, the model announced on Instagram that she was pregnant.
"So this happened..." she wrote next to a photo of herself cradling her baby bump. "#the3ofus."
