June 10, 2014 -- "Napoleon, give me your tots!"
Can you believe it has been 10 years since "Napoleon Dynamite" hit theaters. Well, the cast got together Monday at the Fox lot in Los Angeles to reveal a commemorative bronze statue of Napoleon Dynamite’s wearing the "VOTE FOR PEDRO" shirt.
Napoleon himself, Jon Heder, posted some images of the statue and the reunion.
"First multiple-colored bronze statue I've ever seen. I like. He looks durable. #nappyd10 #napoleondynamite10thanniversary #foxsearchlight."
The cast - Pedro (Efren Ramirez), Deb (Tina Majorino), Summer Wheatley (Haylie Duff), Grandma (Sandy Martin), and Lafawnduh (Shondrella Avery), Rex (Diedrich Bader) and Heder - even posed for pictures with the statue.
"Bow to your sensai!" - Rex Kwon Do.
"The cast and director Jared Hess posing with the amazing/scary bronze statue and real life tetherball set," Fox posted on Facebook.
The cast also took the podium to have a group discussion with fans and an audience that came out to celebrate 10 years of 'Napoleon.'
Even the llama showed for the reunion.
