-- After five years on the air and the whole "will they, won't they" aspect of "Castle," followed by what felt like the longest engagement ever, Richard Castle and Kate Beckett finally said "I do."
The show had a little twist Monday night as Castle was thrust into an alternate reality where Beckett didn't know who the writer was and basically everything else was opposite, including Castle's career in the dumps and his mother was the go getter of the family.
After Castle finally wakes up back in reality, he realizes the two are better together and they should just marry already.
So, they rush to the Hamptons to tie the knot.
"The moment that I met you, my life became extraordinary. You taught me to be my best self," Beckette said during her vows, according to TV.com.
Castle followed with, "You taught me more about myself than I knew there was to learn. You are the joy in my heart. You're the last person I want to see when I close my eyes."
The Castle Twitter account shared some sweet pics from the ceremony, all tagged "CaskettAtLast."
