Many artists who were nominated in various categories shared their excitement about their Grammy nods through their social media accounts.
Justin Bieber, who was nominated for "Best Dance Recording" for his song with Diplo and Skrillex "Where Are Ü Now", gave a shout out to his collaborators on Facebook, saying, "Grammy time boys. Congrats."
Maroon 5 also posted a message to Facebook after receiving a Grammy nod for "Best Pop Duo/Group Performance" for their song "Sugar."
Newcomers Tori Kelly and James Bay were both nominated for "Best New Artist," and both artists expressed their excitement on social media.
The "Should've Been Us" singer could not believe the news, and posted an emotional and heartfelt message to her Twitter account.
The "Hold Back The River" singer, who also received nominations for "Best Rock Song" and "Best Rock Album" was ecstatic about his three Grammy nods, saying that it was the "best Monday ever."
Members of the A Cappella group Pentatonix also expressed their shock and gratitude on social media after receiving a Grammy nomination in the "Best Arrangement, Instrumental or A Cappella" category for their arrangement of "Dance Of The Sugar Plum Fairy."
Singer Kelly Clarkson expressed her excitement about her two Grammy nominations for "Best Pop Solo Performance" and "Best Pop Vocal Album," and also congratulated the other nominees.
The 2016 Grammy Awards will air on CBS on Feb. 15 at 8 p.m. ET.
