Look Who's Turning 50!
Sandra Bullock is the latest celebrity to reach her fifth decade.
July 29, 2014 -- intro: Fifty is hotter than ever, and a slew of celebrities turning 50 this year are here to prove it.
Some of the biggest names in Hollywood are celebrating the big 5-0 this year.
Sandra Bullock is the latest.
"I don't know if it's the best place I've ever been, but it sure feels good," Bullock told Extra about approaching the milestone birthday.
The "Gravity" star, who turned 50 Saturday, had a good time celebrating too. She kicked off the festivities last Thursday at the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar with Chelsea Handler and a group of girlfriends.
An eyewitness told ABC News that Bullock “came in with about eight friends, sat down and had a couple cocktails. They just enjoyed themselves. Nobody got up on the table and danced.”
But Bullock did join Handler and others later for a "cheeky" pose on her birthday.

"She looks so amazing," Sharon Waxman, the founder and editor-in-chief of TheWrap, told ABC News after the film's release. "She told me that she worked really hard to look that good."
Bullock isn't the only one who seems to be turning back time. Check out these other celebrities who have or will reach the half-century mark this year.
