Charlie Sheen Ordered to Stay 100 Feet From Twin Sons
Soon to be ex-wife Brooke Mueller gets restraining order against Sheen.
March 2, 2011 -- Charlie Sheen must stay at least 100 feet away from soon-to-be ex-wife Brooke Mueller and their 2-year-old twin sons, pending a March 22 hearing on a restraining order against the embattled actor, according to court documents.
Mueller has been granted temporary custody of the children.
The twin boys were removed from Sheen's home after Mueller obtained the restraining order Tuesday, the documents show. She called the actor "insane" and said she fears for her safety, according to the records.

Mueller alleged that Sheen threatened her Sunday, saying, "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom," according to the records.
Mueller also alleged that Sheen violated their custody agreement when he took the twins Max and Bob Saturday.
"I am in great fear that he [Sheen] will find me and attack me and I am in great fear for the children's safety while in his care," Mueller said in the court documents.
Sheen and Mueller were previously involved in a violent altercation in December of 2009 when Mueller accused Sheen of threatening her with a knife.

Mueller, Twins Moved in With Sheen and His Two Girlfriends
In the court filings, Mueller said that she is struggling with her sobriety and attending a day program as well as living with a sober companiion. She said that her mother would assist her in caring for the children, according to the documents.
For a time in January, Mueller and the twin boys lived with Sheen and his two girlfriends, graphic designer Natalie Kenly and porn star Rachel Oberlin, according to court records.
Mueller, Sheen and his two girlfriends visited the Bahamas last week, according to court records. Mueller alleged that Sheen was drinking and his behavior turned violent. She said that Sheen punched her, threatened to stab her with a pen knife and spit on her feet.
Mueller claimed that Sheen also said that he "hated his ex-wife, Denise Richards, violently and he was going to have her hair shaved off," according to the court records.
Richards and Sheen have two daughters together.

Sheen continued his media blitz Tuesday and joined the ranks of Twitter users gaining thousands of followers by the minute.
Sheen tweeted a picture with one of his "goddesses," his two girlfriends, and later tweeted about the 2-year-old twin boys, Max and Bob.
"My sons' are fine... My path is now clear... Defeat is not an option..!," Sheen tweeted.
In a recent interview with ABC News' Andrea Canning, Sheen said he would unleash a violent side that was "unlike anything you'll ever see" to "protect his family."
Sheen Defends his Lifestyle
Sheen acknowledged that his two girlfriends, graphic designer Natalie Kenly and porn star Rachel Oberlin, help rear his children.
Kenly, who was once a nanny, said in the Canning interview, "We've got the kids here. They take precedence over anything else."
She said she enjoys helping Sheen care for the boys while mom Mueller is not around. "I love those boys. I would take a bullet for them," she said.
Despite his love for his children, Sheen said he was not worried about his kids' being negatively affected by his lifestyle choices or recent headline-making actions.
"I'm not going worry about it, or I can say, 'Hey, kids, your dad's a rockstar. Look at his experiences. Look at what he survived.' Bang. There are some of your lessons, but the real lessons are going to be in the future," Sheen said.

Sheen is a father to five children -- 26-year old daughter Cassandra, who was recently married, and four kids who are minors, including two daughters, Sam and Lola, who are in the custody of ex-wife Denise Richards.
Sheen said he doesn't spend enough time with his daughters, who are 5 and 6, to have his more controversial behaviors, such a highly publicized weekend bender, have an impact on them.
"I don't see them enough to have that influence, but that was yesterday and today it could be different. I don't know," he said. "They'll wake up one day and realize how cool dad is. And, you know, signs all the checks on the front, not the back. And you know, we need him and we need his wisdom and his bitchin'-ness."
