Check Out Taylor Swift's Sweet Dedication to her Godson
Singer dedicated one of her songs to best friend Jaime King's newborn son.
-- Taylor Swift may be on tour right now, but her new godson is never far from her mind.
During a stop in Santa Clara, California, Saturday, Swift dedicated her song "Never Grow Up" to BFF Jaime King's newborn son Leo Thames, and the sweet moment was captured on video.
"I wrote it when I was like 18 or 19 but my friend just had a baby and she made me godmother of it and I was holding this little baby the other night and I was just thinking differently," Swift, 25, explained to the audience. "When you're holding onto something that's so innocent and so perfect and has no idea what's coming for it with the world. The world is going to throw so many things at you as we grow up."
King wasn't there to hear Swift's sweet words, but she later heard them on social media and responded on Twitter.
This is so beautiful Tay - Leo Thames is so blessed. https://t.co/BavDEoMijt

Swift's dedication comes less than three weeks after meeting King's second child for the first time. The singer documented their first meeting on Instagram.
"Meeting my boy," she posted.
She added a picture holding the baby's tiny hand.
"Your little hand's wrapped around my finger and it's so quiet in the world tonight..." she wrote.
