The supermodel, 61, took her three children, Alexa Ray, Jack, and Sailor, to Italy, where they've been swimming, boating, and of course, eating.
"The classics!" Brinkley captioned a photo of pasta and tomatoes.
While their adventures have taken them to Capri, Positano, and Amalfi, today, Brinkley shared that they're taking a trip to the Stromboli volcano.
"We have been in the most gorgeous and remote areas of Italy the past couple days," she wrote. "It's been heavenly."
