Corgis Race to Predict Royal Baby Name

Prince William and Kate will name their baby Alexandra, the race predicts

The dogs, competing in what was billed as the world’s first-ever corgi race, have already predicted the baby’s name: Alexandra.

The corgi race, dubbed “The Ladbrokes Barkingham Palace Gold,” was organized by Ladybrokes, a U.K.-based online betting and gaming company.

In the end though, it was the corgi wearing an Alexandra sash that won it all.

“Alexandra will be the name that Kate and Will opt for next month, I’m absolutely convinced of it,” said a second announcer after the race. “I’m off to go and place a bet right now myself.”

The royal couple has revealed neither Kate's exact due date nor the sex of their second child.
