Critics' Choice Awards Host and Actor T.J. Miller Arrested 2 Days Before Show Airs

— -- T.J. Miller, the host of the Critics’ Choice Awards, was arrested early this morning on a battery charge only two days before the live show airs.
Police arrested the HBO “Silicon Valley” actor after officers responded to the 6900 block of Camrose Drive in Los Angeles at 1 a.m. where a car company driver reported being attacked, the LAPD told ABC News.
The alleged victim, whom authorities identified only as a "driver of a car company," demanded a citizen's arrest, police said.
The LAPD did not release details on the incident that led to his arrest, but said the victim wanted Miller, 35, arrested on a claim of battery.
Police arrested the "Office Christmas Party" star at his home on a charge of battery, a misdemeanor. The actor was released on $20,000 bail, according to police
Miller is scheduled to host the 22nd Annual Critics’ Choice Awards, honoring the best in TV and film, airing Sunday night on A&E.
Miller’s reps and the awards show publicist did not respond to ABC News’ requests for comment.
