'Dancing With the Stars' Host Tom Bergeron Talks Season 19 Finale and New Projects

— -- Alfonso Ribeiro, Sadie Robertson and Janel Parrish will battle it out tonight on the Season 19 finale of "Dancing With the Stars."
We grabbed beloved "DWTS" host Tom Bergeron to give us a little insight on what to expect and what each finalist brings to the table as they try and secure the coveted Mirrorball trophy.
"It will be interesting to see how it plays out," he told ABC News. "The only potential problem I can see going into the final week is Alfonso's back. He's been having some back issues and was noticeably in pain last Monday. I think all of them are definitely in that zone."
On Monday night, YouTube star Bethany Mota was sent home after a very close night.
"I’ve discovered things about myself that, things I never thought I could do," Mota said on the show. “I was just hoping to make it past week two so to be in the finals was the best thing ever.”
Bergeron wouldn't tip his hand on who he thinks might win from the final three tonight, but he said it's been interesting to see the young talent in Mota, 19, Parrish, 26 and Robertson, 17.
"And someone, who has been a fan of this show since the beginning, Alfonso, tearing up the dance floor too," he added. "It's a really good group."
Bergeron, 59, said someone like Mota -- even in elimination -- embodies the new wave of YouTube superstars and after almost a decade of hosting the show, this is really a change.
"It was really something. The day we announced this particular cast on 'Good Morning America,' we were in Times Square and Derek [Hough, Mota's partner] elbowed me and he said, 'Look!'" he said. "There was one of those big Times Square ads for Bethany's perfume. Hello! Here we have a YouTube star with a fragrance."
No matter who wins tonight, Bergeron said he's happy with where the show is heading and excited heading into next year's "landmark" 20th season.
"It's going to be our 10th anniversary, because we do two seasons a year," he said.
Bergeron has had an epic run hosting -- both on "Dancing" and on "America's Funniest Home Videos," which will soon celebrates its 25th season and Bergeron's last before he tries out other endeavors.
"Because of that, I've really been savoring every taping we do," he said. "I come back after the holidays and I'll be into my last 10 shows to tape. That's going to be bitter sweet in a sense, but I'm looking forward to passing the pinata stick to someone else."
One of the new projects Bergeron took part in was the ArcLight Cinemas & Mission Control "Where Movie Lovers Belong” campaign, where the organization blended pop culture icons with iconic films. The campaign is to promote new ArcLight theatres coming to several locations, including Santa Monica and Chicago.
Bergeron's part was to recreate and become "The Dude" from "The Big Lebowski."
"They contacted me and gave me several characters to choose from," he said. "And I said, 'I'm only interested in doing the Dude."
Bergeron got teamed up with Micky Dolenz from the legendary band The Monkees, who played The Dude's partner Walter.
