Dave Matthews Band, Justin Timberlake and more playing 'A Concert for Charlottesville'

— -- Dave Matthews Band will host an all-star benefit concert later this month in response to the violence that occurred in the band’s hometown of Charlottesville, Virginia during a white nationalist rally in August.
Heather Heyer was killed August 12 when a car rammed into a crowd of counterprotesters following demonstrations by white nationalists.
Dubbed "A Concert for Charlottesville," the event is set to take place Sept. 24 at the University of Virginia's Scott Stadium, and will feature performances from Dave Matthews Band, Pharrell Williams, Justin Timberlake and Ariana Grande.
Tickets will be free, and will be first allocated to residents of Charlottesville, as well as the students, faculty and staff of UVA.
Tickets can also be requested via ConcertforCharlottesville.com. The ticket request period concludes Monday, September 11 at noon ET.
In lieu of a ticket cost, attendees are encouraged to donate to the Concert for Charlottesville Fund, which will benefit the victims of the events of August 11 and 12, as well as their families, and first responders.
Other artists playing A Concert for Charlottesville include Cage the Elephant, Alabama Shakes' Brittany Howard, country singer Chris Stapleton, and The Roots.
