Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson Announces His Return to WrestleMania
The professional wrestler turned actor shared the news on Instagram.
-- Wrestling fans get ready to rumble, because this spring "The Rock" is back.
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson revealed on his Instagram page on Monday that he will return to WrestleMania in Dallas, Texas, in April 2016.
"IT'S OFFICIAL: People's Champ is coming home to do 3 things with THE PEOPLE," Johnson wrote. "Set an ALL-TIME attendance record, ELECTRIFY Dallas like never before & make all time #WRESTLEMANIA history."
The 43-year-old professional wrestler turned actor won multiple WWE Championships during his wrestling career and has been called "The Most Electrifying Man in All of Entertainment."
In the caption of the video Johnson posted to Instagram, the new father of baby Jasmine Johnson expressed his excitement about "coming home" to WrestleMania.
"THANK YOU #WWEUniverse! It's always an honor coming home and I wouldn't miss it for the world," Johnson said.
WrestleMania 32 will air live on the WWE Network on April 3, 2016.
