The actor and his wife Hannah Bagshawe welcomed Iris Mary Redmayne on June 15, ABC News confirmed.
Redmayne, 34, announced the news in the print edition of Britain's The Times newspaper.
The "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" actor announced his engagement to Bagshawe in the same manner in 2014. The two wed later that year.
