The rapper, 37, sent a gift to Eliiot Briones, a fan at his show, after he noticed the boy was in a wheelchair and had a hard time seeing the stage.

"I was in the second row," Briones told E! News. "There were a lot of people blocking me, and Kanye noticed. Kanye told the security guard to give me the mic."
Briones got the mic after the show.
Though Briones didn't get to meet West, the gift still "means a lot to me. I don't know how to explain. It's just a humble experience."
He added, "I'm on cloud nine."
