Jon Gosselin Opens Up About New Life as DJ

From waiting tables to turntables.

"I love it," he told People magazine about the new career path. "The hours are great. I get to go out, have a good time with all my friends, play the music I like to hear and have the day to myself."

His professional name is nothing flashy: It's just DJ Jon Gosselin, and he says he's simply capitalizing on his reality-star fame since "it's not going away." He calls himself a "celebrity disc jockey" on his business card.

For a short time in 2013, it seemed Gosselin, 38, wanted out of the spotlight. Then he came back to TV in last season's "Couples Therapy."

Now, he's doing upwards of 15 shows a month near his home in Pennsylvania.

Gosselin said the one thing he won't do is perform at weddings.

"The brides get pissed," he said. "I've been at people's weddings and then their guests start taking pictures of me and it's not good."
