Jon Stewart Takes the 'Low' Road Against Seth Rollins on 'WWE Raw'

-- Jon Stewart isn't afraid of fighting dirty.
The host of Comedy Central’s "The Daily Show" appeared on the set of "WWE Monday Night Raw," continuing his ongoing “feud” with wrestling superstar Seth Rollins.
Stewart and Rollins have traded barbs lately, with Rollins calling to take over “The Daily Show.” Rollins’ trash talk continued Monday.
“I wouldn’t show up if I were him either,” Rollins said, mocking Stewart. “I mean, Jon Stewart really wants to retire on his own terms. And if Jon Stewart showed up here tonight, I would force him to retire immediately because it is quite difficult to do a phony news show with your jaw wired shut.”
With that, the theme to “The Daily Show” played and Stewart appeared, wearing his usual suit and tie and pointing to the crowd. The rivals insulted each other before their bickering turned physical.
“You may be stronger than me, you may be better looking than me, you may be taller than me, you may be able to lift your arms above your shoulders, which I used to be able to do but can’t. But let me tell you this – I have something you’ll never have, and that’s respect,” Stewart said.
Rollins approached Stewart, hulking over the host, prepared to pulverize his adversary. Stewart, seeing an opportunity, kicked Rollins – a low blow – and slid out of the ring as Rollins winced in pain.
