Karlie Kloss Shares First Day As Student At NYU
The supermodel is studying for a B.A. at New York University.
-- Aside from being one of the world's top models and one of Taylor Swift's best buds, Karlie Kloss has a new title: NYU student.
The 23-year-old model shared a post on Instagram of her first day of college outside an NYU building in Manhattan.
"I haven't been this nervous in years!" Kloss wrote on Wednesday.
The former Victoria's Secret model is attending NYU's Gallatin School of Individualized Study, according to USA Today. A small college within the university, it gives students a chance to design their own program of study tailored to their own goals and interests.
Given Kloss' varied interest, it sounds like a great fit.
"My ambition is really just to study things that I’m curious about," Kloss told Self magazine's August issue, according to USA Today. "I want to study computer science. I want to study psychology. I’m fascinated by space. I want to study art history."
Kloss has already proven she's one smart cookie. After attending coding classes last year alongside her beau, investor Joshua Kushner, she created the Kode with Karlie scholarship, then attended the two-week summer program at The Flatiron School in New York City alongside the 20 young women who received the scholarship.
"I’m definitely still a beginner," she told Self. "But it’s something that I hope to get better at."
