Kate Hudson Throws Joint Birthday Party With Celebrity Pals

— -- Kate Hudson celebrated her belated 36th birthday in style this weekend.
The actress threw a joint birthday bash in California alongside fashion writer Derek Blasberg, who turned 33, and jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer, who turned 38.
Hudson wore fishnet stockings, heavy makeup and a bikini top to go with the party's "hot mess theme," while Meyer donned a tacky, leopard fur coat.
Jessica Alba and Sara Foster were among the stars who were in attendance.
Blasberg documented the party's shenanigans on his Instagram page.
"Last night me and these lovely ladies had a threesome birthday party and the theme was 'Hot Mess' and none of us needed to go shopping for costumes," he captioned on a photo of Hudson and Meyer.
Meyer Instagrammed a photo of herself, Hudson and Blasberg the next day, announcing they were recouping after the night of partying.
"Clearly needing to recover from last night with my two birthday babies," she wrote.
