Kris Jenner Confronts Caitlyn Jenner in New 'I Am Cait' Promo
Kris responds to Caitlyn's interview with Vanity Fair.
-- Kris Jenner has a tearful confrontation with her ex, Caitlyn Jenner, over her Vanity Fair interview in a new promo for the upcoming episode of "I Am Cait."
"You're sensitive and amazing to all these new people in your life; you're just not so sensitive and amazing to the family that you left behind," Kris tells Caitlyn in the clip.
"I try to do everything I can to be nice, reach out, you have to see it from my perspective," Caitlyn counters. "Be an ally when it comes to dealing with the kids."
Kris, 59, then breaks down in tears as she tells her former spouse of 22 years and the father of their two children -- Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner -- "When you feel like you gave your whole life to somebody and the sum of it all was you were a 'distraction.'"
"Don't go there," Caitlyn, 65, cautions. "I was defending myself. It was a distraction from the sense of who I was, that doesn't mean I didn't love you or the kids."
Kris' confrontation comes after the most recent episode, in which her daughters Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian also confront Caitlyn about the interview -- her first since transitioning from Bruce to Caitlyn.
"You said Kendall and Kylie Jenner were a distraction, and so when they read that, they're gonna think -- I don't think they'll quite understand that," Kim Kardashian told Caitlyn in this past Sunday's episode.
"Then it said, ‘Had Kris been accepting to who I am, we still would be together.' And that's the most unfair thing in the world to say," she added.
Since the "I Am Cait" premiere, Kris Jenner has been more guarded of her feelings about Caitlyn's transition.
"I just want everyone that I love in my family and in my life to be happy, and so my wish for Caitlyn is that she finds her joy," Kris Jenner told the latest issue of Haute Living New York.
