Kylie Jenner Explains Why She Likes Caitlyn Jenner More Than Bruce

— -- Kylie Jenner opened up about her relationship with Caitlyn Jenner on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," and explained why she likes Caitlyn better than Bruce.

"I'd like to talk about, if you don't mind, Caitlyn," DeGeneres said during an interview with the reality-TV star that aired today. "So your dad, who was Bruce, is now Caitlyn. And that's got to be a lot for you as a young woman to deal with; the transitioning [of] your dad."

Kylie, 18, responded that dealing with her father's transition from Bruce to Caitlyn was "the only thing I bottled in," but admitted that now that she "got through it,” not only does she like Caitlyn better than Bruce, but the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan has known about Caitlyn's "secret" for quite some time.

"There's not a huge secret in the family [anymore],” Kylie said. "I feel like there was always this big secret, and I've honestly known about it for a really long time.”

"We actually caught him [as Bruce], dressing up as a girl when my sister and I were like, six and seven maybe," Kylie said. "So, we've known for a while there was something, but it was something we never talked about."

Kylie explained that she is happy that the "I Am Cait" star has been able to live as her "authentic true self" after transitioning in July, and hopes that her acceptance of Caitlyn, 66, can be influential for other young people dealing with similar situations.

"I think that other girls and boys my age will maybe see that I'm so accepting and be accepting of other people, too," Kylie said.
