Lady Gaga teases Netflix doc 'Gaga: Five Foot Two'

The singer to give an intimate look at her life off stage in a new documentary.

That's the name of her latest project, a documentary called "Gaga: Five Foot Two," which she spent the morning teasing on social media.

"I'm known for being larger than life, but really I'm just... #GagaFiveFootTwo," she wrote.

The documentary will make its premiere at this year's Toronto International Film Festival and simultaneously launch on Netflix on Sept. 22.

According to a Netflix release, the film "pulls back the curtain to introduce the woman behind the performer, the costumes, the glitz and the glamour."

Audiences will glimpse Gaga off stage and at home dealing with everyday struggles, from relationships to health issues to insecurities.

In one clip the "Born This Way" singer posted, she sounds teary. "I'm alone, every night. And all these people will leave, right? They will leave, and then I'll be alone," she cries out. "And I go from everyone touching me all day and talking at me all day to total silence."
