The former "Glee" star Instagrammed a photo on Sunday of her and boyfriend Matthew Paetz, 29, celebrating their one year anniversary.
The caption read: "This guy is pretty great too..." with a heart.
Michele, 28, who met Paetz on the set of her 2014 music video "On My Way," also invited video's director, Hannah Lux Davis to take part in the festivities.
Michele's new television series "Scream Queens" is set to premiere on Fox in September 2015.
