See Lea Michele's Heartfelt Tribute to Cory Monteith
Today marks the second anniversary of the “Glee” star’s death.
— -- Lea Michele paid tribute to her late boyfriend and former "Glee" co-star Cory Monteith on the second anniversary of his death.
The actress took to her Instagram page to share a photo of Monteith and her thoughts about him.
"I know you would want us all laughing and smiling today.. So we think of you and remember all the laughter and joy we shared together," she wrote. "I hold you in my heart always and love and miss you so... "
Monteith was 31 when he was found dead in a Vancouver hotel room in 2013. Authorities later revealed that he died of mixed drug toxicity involving heroin and alcohol.
At the time of his death, the "Glee" actor had been dating his co-star for more than a year.
Since then, Michele has been able to move forward, and has been linked to her boyfriend Matthew Paetz since 2014.
