Lindsay Lohan Flashes Brighter Smile
Starlet seems to have addressed criticism over her yellowed teeth.
Oct. 17, 2011— -- The eyes are said to be the window to the soul, but in Lindsay Lohan's case, it might just be her teeth.
The troubled starlet was flashing a brighter smile when she stepped out this past weekend.
It was a big difference than last week when photos surfaced of her displaying less than pearly whites on the red carpet, causing a stir online.
In earlier photos, Lohan's teeth appeared yellowed and decayed. Her hands were also streaked with nail polish and blotches.
Popeater gossip columnist Rob Shuter believes the state of Lohan's teeth then were "a telling sign for what's going on in her life."
"Those teeth are really alarming," he told ABCNews.com. "That doesn't happen overnight. That's months and years of neglect."

Lohan's rep Steve Honig did not seem at all worried about the Internet reports.
"I think of all the things going on in the world today -- from deteriorating public education to rampant homelessness to political unrest -- there is no way I'm going to comment on Lindsay's teeth," Honig told ABCNews.com.
"I get a lot of calls asking me to confirm absurd things about Lindsay," Honig said. "But this thing with the teeth has to be the most absurd."
At first, Lohan seemed oblivious to the impression her teeth might cause as she smiled wide for the cameras last week.
"There doesn't appear to be anybody around her telling her the truth -- or nobody around her period," Shuter said.
Lohan certainly has bigger problems than her teeth.
