In a video, in which Britney Spears' "Oops!... I Did It Again" is playing in the background, Lopilato is seen lying on her back with her shirt pulled up while Bublé asks their one-year-old son, Noah, "Who's that in there?"
The toddler points to his mother's stomach and replies, "Baby."
Bublé, 39, and Lopilato, 28, who married in 2011, became parents in August 2013.
"I couldn't have known it was going to be as good as it is," the singer gushed of fatherhood a few months later.
