Sorrentino was taken into custody yesterday in Middletown, N.J., where he is opening a franchise store of Boca Tanning, authorities said.
Today, the reality star was seen with quite the shiner under his right eye.
"There [were] girls screaming," the customer says on the tap, adding that's why she called. "The UPS lady from next door was like they were bouncing off her wall. I was just the one that made the call 'cause I had the phone out."
Sorrentino was charged with simple assault and released on $500 bond. A rep for Sorrentino said he would have no comment on the situation.
