Why Miley Cyrus Can't Stop Crying
The "Bangerz" singer remains hospitalized.
April 17, 2014 -- Miley Cyrus really wants to go back on tour -- but the pop singer's health comes first.
"can't quit crying," she tweeted this morning. "i wanna go back on tour. im meant to be onstage performing for y'all.... not laying in a hospital bed."
She also posted to Instagram, saying, "over the hospital ... I miss #bangerztour."
Cyrus has been in the hospital in Kansas City for a "sevre allergic reaction" since Tuesday night, when she was first forced to cancel a show.
On Wednesday, she tweeted: "the hospital is sayin i wont b released today?? therefore Im not going 2 make it 2 St Louis. Im so sorry but somethings are outta my control." The "Bangerz" singer was forced yet again to cancel another show.
Her rep told ABC News that Cyrus was suffering from a sinus infection during her tour in North Carolina last week when she took a prescribed antibiotic that she had an allergic reaction to.
"This type of extreme reaction can last from 5 to 27 days in these types of cases," the rep added. "She will remain hospitalized and is under a Doctor's care until we see some improvement in her condition ... Miley is devastated about missing shows and possibly disappointing her fans."
