Hurricane Harvey: Miranda Lambert mobilizes MuttNation to help the animals in Texas
By
WATCH: People from all over used everything from fishing boats to trucks to jet skis to save hurricane victims from their flooded homes.

Miranda Lambert’s MuttNation Foundation has moved dozens of dogs from Hurricane Harvey-ravaged Texas to Oklahoma, the singer announced Wednesday.

The singer, a native Texan, noted that there are trucks heading to Houston today to pick up another load.

“MuttNation rescued 72 dogs today who are being transported to dry safe shelters," she tweeted on Tuesday, along with a picture of a black dog and at least five puppies. "Mama & newborns born this morning."
