Mr. T Will Star in DIY Show 'I Pity the Tool'
Watch the actor announce his latest project.
-- Why didn't anyone think of this sooner?
Laurence Tureaud, aka Mr. T, 62, is getting his own show on DIY called "I Pity the Tool," according to a tweet from the network Thursday.
"Hello, I'm Mr. T," the video begins. "I want you to join me on DIY Network on my new show."
The former "A-Team" star will go to Chicago and help "families reestablish themselves" and fix up their homes.
"I'm going to be smashing, bashing, knocking down things, tearing down things," he added. "Then, I'm going to build it up."
Obviously, the name is a reference to his classic line "I pity the fool" from his acting days.
The series will debut later this year.
