Agent Steve Gothelf confirmed to ABC News that the home went for $4.15 million, which was first reported by the San Francisco Chronicle.
The buyer has not been named.
The four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Victorian home was listed last year with an asking price of $4.45 million. In the aftermath of Robin Williams' death in 2014, fans placed flowers in front of the home, converting it into a memorial of sorts.
