'Vampire Diaries' Star Nina Dobrev Shares a Message from Her Last Day On Set With Michael Trevino

— -- Nina Dobrev and Michael Trevino have wrapped their last scene together on "The Vampire Diaries."

The co-stars bid farewell to fans and to each other in a video posted to Instagram.

"That's a wrap on Elena and Tyler," Dobrev wrote about their on-screen characters. "0We were just kids when we started the show, and we still are, 6 years later. #TVDFamily Love you Trevino ..."

Dobrev, 26, announced earlier this month that this season would be her last on the CW show. Trevino, 30, also appears to be leaving.

"I always knew I wanted Elena's story to be a six-season adventure, and within those six years I got the journey of a lifetime," she said at the time.
