Obama Foundation enlists Gloria Estefan, Chance the Rapper for inaugural summit

Chance the Rapper will also perform at the inaugural event in Chicago.

The event will be livestreamed at Obama.org on Nov. 1 at 8:30 p.m. CT.

And this is the video The National lead singer Matt Berninger posted to Instagram announcing the band's involvement with the summit:

David Simas, Chief Executive Officer of the Obama Foundation, said in a statement, "The Obama Foundation’s goal is to encourage and empower young people to create positive change in their communities.
