Paul Rudd Celebrating Royals' Victory With Party at His Mom's House

And you're invited.

“Five dollar cover,” he said.

Rudd is a longtime Kansas City sports fan. His family moved to Overland Park, Kansas when he was 10 years old, and he attended high school and college in Kansas. The “Anchorman” actor was on the field at Kauffman Stadium following the Royals’ victory Wednesday, watching the trophy presentation ceremony.

The Royals’ surprising playoff run – the team’s first postseason appearance since 1985 – has given Rudd reason to celebrate.

“I’ve lost my voice. But I’ve lost my voice pretty much every game since the Wild Card,” he told KMBC.
