See Prince Harry's Christmas Card Photo
Kensington Palace tweeted a Christmas greeting from the British royal.
-- Just days after Kensington Palace released a new photo of Prince William’s family, the palace has shared the touching photo from Prince Harry’s Christmas card.
The photo shows the 31-year-old prince holding the hand of Tom Neil, a 95-year-old Wing Commander whom Prince Harry met back in September while honoring World War II Spitfire pilots on the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain.
Harry, a certified pilot himself, was supposed to get in the cockpit and fly with the veterans, but when one of the planes broke, the prince gave up his seat so that Neil could take part in honoring his fellow heroes.
Prince Harry, the fifth-in-line to the British throne, attended the event where the photo was taken on his own 31st birthday, calling himself at the time “unbelievably fortunate and lucky” to be there.
Kensington Palace tweeted the photo on Tuesday with the caption, "Merry Christmas from Prince Harry! Here’s his Christmas card photo showing one of his favourite moments from 2015.”

Prince Harry is now back in the U.K. after spending the summer and fall traveling to Africa and South Africa. Earlier this month, Harry paid tribute to his late mother, Princess Diana, by visiting a London HIV hospital that Diana had visited 17 times throughout her life.
The prince will spend part of Christmas attending church with the royal family.
