Richard Kiel's Cause of Death Revealed
The "Bond" actor died on Sept. 10 at the age of 74.
— -- A cause of death has been revealed for Richard Kiel, who died on Sept. 10 at age 74.
The actor, who starred as Jaws in the James Bond film, "The Spy Who Loved Me" and "Moonraker," died of possible acute myocardial infarction, or a possible heart attack, at St. Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, Calif., according to a death certificate obtained by TMZ.
The paperwork also indicates that Kiel also suffered from coronary artery disease.
Kiel, who stood at more than 7-feet tall, is survived by his wife, Diane, and their four children.
His representative, Steven Stevens, remembered his client and friend as "a giant actor, a giant man, a giant friend."
“He was very loyal as we had a thirty-five year client and friend relationship,” Stevens told ABC News. “He was a wonderful husband and great father. Richard lived life to the fullest, and I will miss him. A show business giant has left the stage."
Stevens has not returned a request for additional comment.
