Robin Thicke: I Don't Know If I'd Be Alive Without Paula Patton
The "Blurred Lines" singer says wife is his muse amid cheating rumors.
-- Robin Thicke may have gotten a lot of flak for his VMAs performance a couple weeks back opposite a twerking Miley Cyrus, but the "Blurred Lines" singer, 36, has taken the attention in stride.
He included son Julian, 3, in his latest music video, "Give it 2 U," and even engaged in some PDA with wife Paula Patton at his album release party Wednesday in New York City amid rumors he was less than faithful at a VMAs after-party.
Before all this turmoil, Thicke sat down with Patton to talk about their relationship in the September issue of Prestige Hong Kong Magazine.

Apparently the couple is very involved in each other's professions. Thicke has collaborated with the likes of Usher, Jennifer Hudson and Christina Aguilera, and Patton, 37, has acted alongside Will Smith and Denzel Washington.
"Robin got me ready for every single acting audition I've ever done," Patton told Prestige. "We read lines together when I'm working on movies. He's my coach. I listen to every song he writes and help however I can, and I've written songs with him."
Thicke took his praise of his wife, whom he married in 2005, to an even higher level, saying he owes everything to the girl he's been dating since his teens.
"I don't know if I would still be alive in some ways if it wasn't for Paula," he said. "She's been my rock, my muse, my inspiration and I love her."

Thicke adds that his son, aka his "good-luck charm," as he refers to Julian, may one day follow in his footsteps as a performer.
"He writes all his own songs and performs them and introduces himself – "Ladies and gentlemen, Julian Fuego Thicke!" continued the proud dad. "He even wakes up in his sleep sometimes, introduces himself like that and falls back asleep. He's hilarious."
Finally, Thicke revealed his getaway spot with Patton.
"We love Paris because we had our most romantic endeavors there and we fall in love again every single time," he said.
