-- "The Shield" actor Michael Jace has been found guilty of murdering his wife.
A jury convicted the actor -- who had pleaded not guilty -- of second degree murder and intentionally discharging a firearm.
According to the Associated Press, Jace, 53, told investigators that he didn't mean to kill his wife, April Jace, when he shot her at their home in 2014.
"I was just angry," he told investigators, according to the AP. "All I intended to do was shoot her in the leg. And then I shot her in the leg and that was it."
The AP also reported that one of the actor's two sons, who is now 10 years old, testified last week that he heard his father say to his mother, "If you like running, then run to heaven," before shooting her legs.
Jace's lawyer, Jamon Hicks, said previously that he was upset because his wife wanted to divorce him.
