Will and Jada's New Baby

November 2, 2000 -- The Fresh Prince has a new heir to the throne.

On Tuesday, Oct. 31, actor-musician Will Smith, 32, and his wife, actress Jada Pinkett Smith, 29, welcomed the arrival of a baby daughter. Willow Camille Reign Smith was born weighing 6 pounds, 10 ounces.

The couple also has a son, Jaden Christopher Syre, born in July 1998. Smith has another son, Willard Smith III (nicknamed Trey) — who co-starred in the Artist Formerly Known as the Fresh Prince's video for "Just the Two of Us" — from his earlier marriage to Sheree Zampiro.

Kudos to the Smiths for exercising a modicum of common sense when selecting monarchical middle names for their offspring (Reign, Syre, Prince … get it?). Would that faded pop star Jermaine "Let's Get Serious" Jackson had displayed similar discretion when he named his new baby boy Jermajesty.
